To perform thorough repairs and maintenance on your vehicle, we often need to use miscellaneous materials that cannot be charged directly to your repair order, because the cost of the unit package is greater than the amount used. For this reason, these materials are billed directly to you as a percentage of the total parts and labor charge, as this is the most equitable way of accounting for the expense.
